Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non ­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Recurring payments (including how to cancel, frequency of payments, length of payment terms) Future Pay is a recurring payments service that allows us to set up subscription services for certain products. To arrange a Subscription service directly, please contact us at info@foundationfocus.co.uk.

How to Cancel – To cancel your subscription, please log in to your account where you can view and cancel your subscriptions or you can contact us directly at info@foundationfocus.co.uk no less than 3 days before your next payment is due to go out.

Payments can be setup for varying frequencies. Daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or on a set date. To change the frequency of your plan, please contact us no less than 3 days before your next payment is due to go out.

There is no minimum length of time to hold a subscription.
